What we sell
- Pass Pack: 90 days of online access to learner's licence practice: practice levels, a full-length mock test, explanations for every answer in English and Afrikaans, and a readiness score. Price: R99 (once-off, no subscription).
Prices are in South African rand. Golden Goose IoT (Pty) Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. There are no delivery costs: access is online and starts as soon as payment goes through. Payment is by card, Capitec Pay or Instant EFT through Paystack.
PassPilot is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC), NaTIS, the Department of Transport or any driving licence testing centre. Our questions are written by us from the National Road Traffic Act, its Regulations and the SADC Road Traffic Signs Manual. They are not the official test questions, and no product can guarantee that you will pass.
Your record of the transaction
Your order confirmation is emailed to you, and you can see your orders at any time by signing in to your account on this website.
Cooling-off, refunds and complaints
Access starts immediately at your request, so the 7-day cooling-off period in section 44 of ECTA does not apply (section 42(2)(d)). Our own refund promise is in the Refund policy. To complain, email help@passpilot.shop. We reply within one working day. If we can't resolve it, you can contact the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or the National Consumer Commission.
Security and privacy
Payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card details. How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy policy.
Minimum duration
Each purchase is a once-off 90-day access period. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
